Discipleship
In case you’re wondering what this word ‘Discipleship’ means, good question! Simply put, it is helping someone to become more and more of a true disciple of Jesus Christ. What is a disciple? Well, it is someone who’s desire and determination is to follow Christ and His mandate for our lives. It is one who wishes to live in complete obedience to the One who created us.
How can you be discipled?
Well, we’re still working on that, but here are a few things we’re doing and can offer for you at the moment:
We are launching into a new ministry called ‘Discipleship 101 – 20/20 Vision’. The goal is to match up 20 individuals who want to grow and learn more about what it means to be a follower of Christ with 20 individuals who are strong, committed followers of Christ with a desire to share their passion with others. This will be a one-on-one ministry. If your desire is to be discipled and become more committed to Christ, then please contact Pastor Matt either by email or by phoning our church office.
